A.M. Cardio
Nothing exciting to write about. I did 40 minutes of cardio on the recumbant bikeĀ @ level 11/randomĀ (woo-hoo, love that bike!) and walked it out for 10 minutes on the treadmill @ 3.5 mph @ 4% incline. I got a good sweat going. I am a bit sore from yesterday’s lower body workout, so I’ll be sure to do a nice long stretch tonight. I updated some of my measurements and was pleased to see I have dropped a few inches in my waist and hips. My weight hasn’t budged, though. Having progress pictures has really helped me put things in perspective–because I know something is changing. I must be exchanging fat for muscle, right?
