I have been working out under Fabian’s supervision for almost 3 weeks and it has been incredible, only 3 weeks after I can see changes, small changes of course but I know that at the end of a year it just going to be so much better. He has been there to answer every question I had and the resukts are great.
I gain almost 2 kg woth the lean-bulking diet he designed for me. I’ll be posting pictures in a few weeks!

So I took 2 weeks off the gym to recover, I won 4 puonds of weight, I think its 90% muscle, since I can still see my abs and I feel really strog.
Yesterday I trained: Chest and Back. I was stronger than 2 weeks a go, it was a great work out. So now I am back to the HIT split routine every 96 hours. Ad I am trying to eat as much healty food as possible and 5 lts of water a day. I will train legs by Friday.
