so i broke my left hand thumb 2 weeks a go, and had surgery on it, really painful by the way.
have not been able to train for that period of time so my motivation is kind of down, i’ve lost weight and muscle tissue, my strenght got afected of course.
I am sad, cuz i cannot train but i guess is better to recuperate the strenght in my left hand and heal it before start all over again!!!
The worst part is that I am not eating all the protein and carbs i should!

So I took 2 weeks off the gym to recover, I won 4 puonds of weight, I think its 90% muscle, since I can still see my abs and I feel really strog.
Yesterday I trained: Chest and Back. I was stronger than 2 weeks a go, it was a great work out. So now I am back to the HIT split routine every 96 hours. Ad I am trying to eat as much healty food as possible and 5 lts of water a day. I will train legs by Friday.
