Did the 45 min of cardio

Breakfast
1/4 cup of oatmeal
7 egg whites
cup of cantaloupe

M1
Home made whole wheat burrito(210 cals for shell)
ground turkey
lettuce
tomatoe
home made salsa
small amount of cheese

Snack
Kashi bar ( yeah the same 120 cal one…keeps me sane)

M2
Large chicken breast salad ….dressing on side!!!(Yeah I ate that instead of all the free pizza around me)

Meal 3
Lamb
Medium Salad with balsamic vinegar
apple

I missed a meal because i was so busy today…but i still ate clean considering the pizza party around me:)

Day 3 of Accountibly

Busy day did 45 mins of Cardio and 1 hour and 10 minutes of weights on legs

Leg workout
3 X 135 deep squats
3X 90 hack squats

4 sets of leg extensions
3 sets of calf raises
3 sets of hip abductors

Breakfast
1/4 cup oatmeal
6 egg whites (still no turkey sausage)
1 cup of canteloupe

Meal 2
Coconut shrimp Recipe (mini version)
1/4 cup of rice
plum
fresh green peas

Meal 3
Kashi bar ( ok I love these things).

Meal 4
Lamb steak
grapes
small salad ( with apple cider vinegar for dressing)

Meal 5
Tuna

Day 2 of Accountabilty Done!!

Got the 45 min of cardio in ( even though everybody and they momma was on the treadmills….BOOOO:)

Breakfast
1 piece of cinnamon raisin toast
7 egg whites( ran out of turkey sausage)
1 apple

snack
Kashi  bar 120 cals ( taste like candy :)

Meal 2
Red beans and rice (mini serving version)
serving of greens
cup of cantaloupe

Meal 3
Protein shake
3 strawberries
1/2 banana
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup of skim milk

Meal 4
Lamb Steak
peach

Meal 5
tuna

Day 1 clean eating and cardio combo:)

1 turkey sausage

Meal 2
Protein Shake
1 cup skim milk
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 bannana
3 strawberries

Meal 3
Red beans and rice ( mini serving version:)
1/2 piece Corn bread
Full serving( 1 cup) greens

Meal 4
Tuna and apple

Meal 5
Lamb steak and peach

snack
coconut kashi bar (120 cals..yum:)
. I did 45mins of cardio this morning and plan on doing the same tommorw.

Rebirth of a fitness dream:)

Hey guys …….Sorry for the long hiatus but im ready…No jokes,…..no false promises…..Im ready.

Goal: To be fit.

Time frame : 3 months

Start day : Today March 1, 2009

Ok this time around I want to be fit. My last competition I clocked in at 89 lbs and 8% body fat.  NEVER AGAIN. I want to compete again but I don’t want to lose so much muscle. I will be taking this year off to mold my dream competition body of 110 pounds and 10% body fat.

Weight and body fat test last year start: 114 lbs 26% body fat

Current weight and body fat: 130 lbs and 26% bodyfat

Goal: 18% body fat retaining as much muscle as possible and getting back into my summer shorts comfortably.

Time to make it happen folks:)

13 days clean eating..and Finally getting results

So of course no one should be obsessed by the scale….but honestly this is the first time in three weeks and today being the 13th day of clean eating did that stupid device even budge in the right direction for a change…..Hooray….goodbye pudge, hello fitting into my summer clothes:). I only lost one pound but i’ll take it considering this whole summer I’ve been gaining at least 3 a week because of my post traumatic "I didn’t place in my first figure comp…..Soooo …F it!! imma binge on anything i can put my hands on". Who knew all the will power could totally disappear and be the hardest to regain post comp. I guess more importantly I lost an inch and a half on my hips, half inch on thighs, and also a half inch on my arms.  Overall im just happy I have control over myself again. I’ll keep everyone posted on my progress next week.

Well I have muched and crunched and gained . My lovely little figure has gotten much bigger and this chica is NOT liking it anymore!!! Hey it was cute at first when i was getting my boobs, hips, and butt back but..this is a bit ridiculious now:). So I decided to end my summer long mega bulk and tone it down a bit (Heck at 4′11 i want to fit back in my size O’s COMFORTABLY lol). Not that being able to "forget" about counting calories wasn’t fun…It’s just time to get back to business. So for the past three weeks I have stuck to my cardio and weight routines and finally a whole 8 days of clean eating. I want to get back to a healthy 102 -107 range(keeping the curves and losing the pudge right now sitting at a chubby figure I don’t want to disclose right now;0) for the summer…then start my clean bulking again by mid october or so( Maybe I can actually place in my next figure show if all goes well:). My Ultimate goal is to be 110 pounds and 10% body fat for competition purposes. For now this extra thick girl HAS to get back to a cute girl summer weight:)

 

Hey at least this wont be as hard as a Pre comp diet….Horray for once a week cheat meals

Didn’t wint the figure competion, but won the show of my life’s journey

So guys after my little hiatus, I decided to update you all on how my first figure competiton went. I was soooo nervous and excited. I had a GREAT time. At first honestly I had been a little depressed for not placing (judges said I was too small and needed to build upper body while leaning out quads)..But after much thought I came to the conclusion of …..I ‘m a winner anyway. This was the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life  and I am so happy that I went through this life changing journey. I feel like I can accomplish anything if I put my mind to it. Goal one of competing…check…now its time to re focus and get to my next goal of winning in my class. Next year is a new start….and I will be shooting to at least place in my next figure competiton:)

So Im taking a month off guys

Bodybuilding pen pal is coaching me to greatness once again

Time to build quality mass for next year with team Wells Ya’ll:)))

I am so so excited, and nervous and stressed and happy:)!!! This Saturday is my very first figure competition and I hardly even know what to do with myself. I am pre paring my food and check list for the show tomorrow then, we head out to Rockford:))). I wish I didn’t have this paper due today..b/c you know my mind is Definetly not focused on it right now. Wow I can’t believe it’s been 6 months that fast…..I have never been this fit in My life!!! I am so emotional right now…I plan on winning that overall and first place trophies…but even if I don’t win anything…. honestly..I’ve already won…This was the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life and I’ve learned so much about myself and my family along the way. I have tears of joy in my eyes right now:)) Lets Hear it for ALL those who have supported me ..Especially C wells and NC Fit Diva….and countless others. I thank hubby for putting up with all m crazy diet tantrums( I thank C. wells too, cause i know I had times I was straight up tripping:). For all tha supporters out there Imma try to have some pics out tomorrow:)
Let hear it for wrapping up Peak week people, and moving forward to a healthy lifestyle:)

It’s Next Saturday Guys:)

So next Saturday is the big day…I am still so tired yet excited…As per request of my bodybuilding pen pal I will be taking my 1 week out pics:) So look to see more me tomorrow. I have everything in place with tanning, hair , makeup, hotel, towels, sheets..Just gotta buy my dark sweats and im good to go. I just wish people from my school would stop slacking in my group projects due next week as well. Everytime I get all my homework done, someone from another class quits my group and then im behind again…Oh well such as life…thank goodness Im graduating on May 16. Just so tired. I know these new pics will lift me up….(Also the thought of celebration food next week too).
