DAY 10 YAY!!!:)

Did cardio 45 mins(weights tommorrow)

Breakfast
1/4 cup oatmeal
cup of cantaloupe
5 egg whites
1/4 cup of cottage cheese

M1
3 Tacos ( 1 serving is 3 and the cals are 150)
black beans( very small amt)
ground turkey( small here too)
cheese
salsa
lettuce and tomatoe
less than 1/2 teaspoon of sour cream for entire serving

green beans
plum

Snack
Kashi barĀ  180 cals

M2
Chicken breast
grapes

M3
Lamb steak
small salad

Thats it. Didn’t feel like eating tuna and the shakes are taking their toll on my digestive system so no more of them for a while.
