1 small piece of raisin toast
5 egg whites
1 turkey sausage
Meal 2
Protein Shake
1 cup skim milk
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 bannana
3 strawberries
Meal 3
Red beans and rice ( mini serving version:)
1/2 piece Corn bread
Full serving( 1 cup) greens
Meal 4
Tuna and apple
Meal 5
Lamb steak and peach
snack
coconut kashi bar (120 cals..yum:)
. I did 45mins of cardio this morning and plan on doing the same tommorw.
