13 days clean eating..and Finally getting results

So of course no one should be obsessed by the scale….but honestly this is the first time in three weeks and today being the 13th day of clean eating did that stupid device even budge in the right direction for a change…..Hooray….goodbye pudge, hello fitting into my summer clothes:). I only lost one pound but i’ll take it considering this whole summer I’ve been gaining at least 3 a week because of my post traumatic "I didn’t place in my first figure comp…..Soooo …F it!! imma binge on anything i can put my hands on". Who knew all the will power could totally disappear and be the hardest to regain post comp. I guess more importantly I lost an inch and a half on my hips, half inch on thighs, and also a half inch on my arms.  Overall im just happy I have control over myself again. I’ll keep everyone posted on my progress next week.

Well I have muched and crunched and gained . My lovely little figure has gotten much bigger and this chica is NOT liking it anymore!!! Hey it was cute at first when i was getting my boobs, hips, and butt back but..this is a bit ridiculious now:). So I decided to end my summer long mega bulk and tone it down a bit (Heck at 4′11 i want to fit back in my size O’s COMFORTABLY lol). Not that being able to "forget" about counting calories wasn’t fun…It’s just time to get back to business. So for the past three weeks I have stuck to my cardio and weight routines and finally a whole 8 days of clean eating. I want to get back to a healthy 102 -107 range(keeping the curves and losing the pudge right now sitting at a chubby figure I don’t want to disclose right now;0) for the summer…then start my clean bulking again by mid october or so( Maybe I can actually place in my next figure show if all goes well:). My Ultimate goal is to be 110 pounds and 10% body fat for competition purposes. For now this extra thick girl HAS to get back to a cute girl summer weight:)

 

Hey at least this wont be as hard as a Pre comp diet….Horray for once a week cheat meals
