Sorry for such a delay in my Post. Well to get you guys updated for the week of Feb 10 I had the WORST CASE of the flu in my life. I actually had to take a full week off of working out( my trainer increased the sweet potato and oatmeal on my diet but I still stuck to that version for the whole week. It sucked so bad:(. Then my husband forgot that I couldn’t eat out at my favorite restaurant for My birthday on the 17th and made plans for that anyways(Oh yeah that sucked big time:)….Well to my luck Body building pen pal allowed me to have whatever I wanted for my b- day meal …and I have to tell you I still remember how it tastes today on Feb 26:). In case you were wondering I had part of a sea food salad(YUMMY) and my entire dessert of fresh strawberry short cake (ice cream and all).
So with that said..an entire week down the drain. I feel great now. I gained 1 pound that week but lost in overall body fat (went from 17.6% to 17% even via Caliper..13.8 bio metric thingy).
This week is completely back on track ( Not even thinking about anything else BUT diet food) I even incorporated some different cardio to my routine. The 1 pound is long gone so back to 98 pounds:) I will have pics of my current status on March 1 for anyone interested.
9 weeks out people( ONLY One count ONE set back week)…Still going strong:)
