So excited…And I just can’t hide it:)

So I’m posting a week early. Had to. Couldn’t resist. Today had my body fat checked with tha dreaded PINCH an INCH. Within these short not even completed 3 weeks I have went from 112 pound 25.4% body fat to a whopping 107lbs and 20.0% body fat. (I guess that whole cut out cheat meals really works for yo girl). Just for the fun of it I did the Bio metric impedance one too ( originally had me at 21.4%). Guess what it said……You know you wanna know…:)….17.1%. Clothes don’t fit anymore( in a good way) and others can see abs forming (No more mind playing tricks on me stuff). I Love this site. Thank you bodybuilding pen pal. THANK YOU BODY BUILDING.COM…Thanks to all who I support and support me.  15.5 weeks out…Not a cheat on this diet thus far :)

I have been on phase two of my diet for almost two weeks (Saturday will be the two week mark). I Have to say I have been seeing major changes in my body…But energy levels are LOW since my carbs have been cut drastically. No more cheat days. Much more cardio…and of course One intense body part on muscles per day are draining the heck out your girl. I am definetely looking forward to progress pics two weeks from now.

Week six almost complete….HAVENT CHEATED ONCE…:)

Hello Everyone…I know I promised progress pics and they are coming soon….I PROMISE. The thing is my motherboard to my newer computer sorta "burt tha Heck up" leaving me with my "Ole school" lab top that doesn’t even have a slot for my external drive that hooks up the pictures and so forth. But Guys I swear I HAVE taken them (As of dec 30 2007, exactly one month from my official start.) SO until I get to the lab at my school( or find a converter, which ever one is quicker)….BB.com will have to wait for the pics. From my own observations I Know I have lost a significant amount of body fat since my last offical binge 5 weeks ago. ( I also have the pics of right before my official start of my diet too…who knew you could gain so much fat in one month…Bad Candy BAD!!:(). Anyways I just wanted to let you guys know that I was even good at my new years party today by eating all my diet food pre new year fiasco and NOT I repeat NOT eating the home made Caribbean food made by friends.  SO to put this all in a nut shell

WEEK 5 Still eating clean Baby!! Lost 1 inch on thighs, 1/2 inch on arms, inch on waist,lost 1.4% of body fat from week 3 to week four…(Don’t know How much body fat i was before pre binge but hey 1.4% down within one week caliper style sounds good to me .) And Yes I fit my skinniest skinny jean quite comfortably again….YAAAAAAAYYY

I start a new "Contest" workout regime and diet starting this Saturday in prep for my first contest on MAY 3 rd. So next months pics may be a bit more dramatic in the fat loss world. So lets hear it for approximately 17 weeks out till show time:)))
