In between leg workouts try doing other things like lungs, walking, bike riding~ mix it up. That way your legs will become stronger to handle the weights. Also are you taking creatine and protein on a daily basis? Once you do some of this you should see big improvements!!
Good Luck! Lift heavy and PUSH yourself hard!

try stretching after your workout when your muscles are still warmed up. it allows me to be able to walk the next two days...also, you should look into giving yourself a massage after your leg workouts. its not very relaxing but it can cut recovery time by a ton...cheers

Hey, I always loved art history courses. That prof DEFINITELY loved the sound of his own voice, but he was entertaining and as interesting as hell.

The same can be said about your blog. Well, the entertaining and interesting parts!

Best wishes for your success. Go sub-200. I'm trying to get INTO the 200's. I've never been in that weight range - highest has been 180. So it's all about the EATING for me.

I guess you're all about the cardio and consistent low-ish calories? 199 here you come!

I don't think it'll ever be easy to stick to a clean diet for most of us - I'm at uni and EVERYONE eats and drinks alcohol and bad food in excess, I guess you have to know what you want. I have a major sweet tooth but when I feel tempted by chocolate or sweets I look in the mirror and think about how much I want to improve, and remember the compliments I've been getting since training. Also bodyspace.com and the gym etc is full of people doing the same thing and probably finding it just as hard! TC
