I don’t think it’ll ever be easy to stick to a clean diet for most of us - I’m at uni and EVERYONE eats and drinks alcohol and bad food in excess, I guess you have to know what you want. I have a major sweet tooth but when I feel tempted by chocolate or sweets I look in the mirror and think about how much I want to improve, and remember the compliments I’ve been getting since training. Also bodyspace.com and the gym etc is full of people doing the same thing and probably finding it just as hard! TC
