I have changed from No explode to Gaspari - superpump 250.What a difference, better energy and have increase size more than any other supplement i have tried.
I wanted to have my overall growth increase by October, I am only .25 of an inch off my first bicep goal. Which is half an inch of growth in a few months. Chest has also grown around 1 inch. Goal for chest is 48 inches-currently 47.
If anyone has any tips to keep it happening …let me know!
After 4 1/2 weeks doing the lighter weight and 25 reps per set ,i have increased arm size by 1/4 inch ,chest by 1/2 inch as well as shoulders. Will keep this up for another 2 weeks.
After 3 and a half months on my first routine after being away from the gym for years,Today i decided to try half the weight and sets of 25 reps. This has to be the biggest and best pump i have ever had and the most burn. Anyone else think it is worth continuing and for how long??
