After 4 1/2 weeks doing the lighter weight and 25 reps per set ,i have increased arm size by 1/4 inch ,chest by 1/2 inch as well as shoulders. Will keep this up for another 2 weeks.

Hey Tonk , Sorry i didnt reply.. iam just getting used to using this body blog thing. I was just doing the usual heavy work..but i did have a long break after i injued my lower back doing squats. Give the 25 reps a go for 6 weeks or so. I used a weight that i was maxxed out on for the 25 reps. It really paid off.
