Over the last 3 1/2 weeks have been working on my diet. Eating much cleaner, higher protein. Have cut out all bread and starchy carbs. I have dropped 16 pounds (nearly 8 kg ) in this time. Getting ready to be in the best shape of my life!

I have been using Muscletech Anabolic Halo for nearly a month now. This is the first product i have used that has really worked as well as the Advertising says. Definately helps lean you out. Muscle shape and size in Noticeably better in just under 4 weeks. Cant wait to see if this continues.

Have worked out i have gained 15 lb muscle in 12 months! Body fat went up and is now back at the level i was 12 months ago when i was 15 pounds lighter.
Very happy with progress, always improving.Its awesome getting feedback from people you dont see for a longer period.They are blown away with the gains!

Have started using the MRI Black powder, That stuff is awesome! I have previously used NO explode and Superpump 250,Black powder seems exactly as the label describes! Awesome strength increase ,stamina ,pumps and Power. I have always been sceptical on the way these products are marketed.This stuff is the real deal.
After each workout i have pumps better than ever before,feel more energetic and easily get through more sets.
Worth a try for anyone looking for a boost!

Starting using X reps 8 weeks ago, now have gone back to Heavier weights and lower reps. Lifting the most i have ever lifted for 8 - 10 reps.
Still using Xreps on last 2 sets on Bench press , barbell curls,Rows etc.
Makes a big differenc for increasing strength!

I have changed from No explode to Gaspari - superpump 250.What a difference, better energy and have increase size more than any other supplement i have tried.

October 2007. Made my first goal of 16 inches for biceps . Chest also has reached my goal. Very happy with progress.

I wanted to have my overall growth increase by October, I am only .25 of an inch off my first bicep goal. Which is half an inch of growth in a few months. Chest has also grown around 1 inch. Goal for chest is 48 inches-currently 47.
If anyone has any tips to keep it happening …let me know!

After 4 1/2 weeks doing the lighter weight and 25 reps per set ,i have increased arm size by 1/4 inch ,chest by 1/2 inch as well as shoulders. Will keep this up for another 2 weeks.
