There is so much more to getting and staying fit than just a routine at the gym.
Staying motivated and progressing on all fronts is very important to me. Balance is essential and I am not talking about diet, nutrition, symetrics, or any type of lifting technique. It’s my assumption that anyone who has come as far as posting a fitness blog already has knowledge on such fronts anyway.
My goal here is to balance all my interests into a succesful package that sort of supports one another. I will be talking about my home life, my hobbies, my recreation, my job, and how it all works for, or against, my time at the gym.

Fitness is a way of life. Too often have I pushed aside my training in order to do something else. My hobbies consume me at times. One missed workout leads to many and before you know it you are that person with a gut, others silently view as failure.
