MILF HUNTRESS

Ok so now I am on day five and this thing has been remarkably easy so far.  Now I will tell you why.  My eating is an afterthought.  I am not hyper-focused on this thing.  My “diet” exists.  That’s about it.  Yesterday I had 3 tilapia for breakfast, (eaten in small portions throughout the morning), 2 low carb Monster Energy Drinks, lunch buffet at country restaurant closing down in my town…salad, green beans, cottage cheese, white bean soup,….supper was a 3 egg omelette with 2 pieces of cheese, then an ON Vanilla Protein Shake.  …Might have forgotten a piece of cheese in the morning.  I don’t count calories, macros.  I don’t write things down.   I pretty much know what to eat and when to eat it.  Which means of course I know I could have gone without the second bowl of soup, and second plate of salad.  It’s one of those big-whoop-de-doo moments.  I did get my box from O.N., and I will tell you what all I got a little later.  Just a quick drop in to get myself revved for the gym.  As much as I missed it yesterday on a forced day off…….I’m a lil dreading it today.  Yes.  It’s that reverse psychology bullcrap.  Legs and ass baby.  Legs and ass.

I am so gaseous right now.  I feel I might explode and fill the sky.  Ow this sh-t hurts~~~~!!  Freaking creatine.

Just a quick word about what blogging and reading others blogs has done for me.  It has helped me to open up.  It has helped me to find self expression.  It has helped me to find my experiences to be, well, unique, but normal.  It has helped me to lose the fear that media has created, and to view people under the microscope of our similarities rather than our differences.  This has been a very positive experience for me.  Well, it’s 4 AM and I am up with insomnia and a large can of cashews.  A VERY large can, I might add.   Let’s see,…  21 ounces.  I had a big day in which I left home at 8:45 AM, not to return until 13 hours later.  It was work, cardio on lunch break, work, workout with weights, Walmart Run.  Nothing huge or out of the ordinary, but yes a long day.  Might have found someone to help me with my web site, which excites me.  This man is familiar with DreamWeaver, which is what I have intended to use all along.  Even more exciting is after 9 months of no supplementation, I now have a can of Walmart creatine and bottle of DHEA.  lol  Even more exciting than that (things just keep getting better world) is the fact that I am expecting a sweet package from Optimum Nutrition to try some of their best products and blog about them.  Bestest yet…….(the very bestest)…is how bulky I was looking in the mirrors tonight.  Yes it was bulky, but a very good bulky.  Female wrestler/power lifter bulky.  I like it that my arms and body are now larger than the healthy everyday young male I might come across.  I am beginning to cross gender lines.  Which perhaps should not, but most definitely does, excite me.  My body is beginning to become, EXACTLY what I envision it to be.  I believe I am at the beginning of a very pleasant iceberg.

So you have to wonder, this Kahlil Gibran, what the heck was he smoking?  No doubt most prophets were smoking something.  As were most musicans, the world’s modern day prophets.  Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, The Stones, all had their pipes filled.  Nowadays Beck, Kings Of Leon, yeah, Hank III.  Miss Maddi is not against a little mindful expansion.  Besides the munchies, the only reason I don’t indulge, being the same reason I don’t do steroids.  Too damned hard to come by.  Also, no guarantee that what you buy is pure.  My body is my temple.  I am sure Kahlil Gibran would understand.

Felt really good about my diet today.  Let’s see.  Taco John’s for breakfast.  Taco John’s for lunch.  Tuna and celery snack, 5 hard boiled eggs snack, 3 low-carb energy drinks, 2 scoops protein shake, Mexican bowl of beef, cheese, guacemole and pico for supper, Crystal Lite, 1/2 pack gum, …what else did I have….steal any of the kids’ food off their plates?

I’ve been rethinking the whole Hydroxycut contest.  I have my product.  I like it fine, as in preworkout energizer, mid-day pick me up at work when the day is dropping me supplement.  But is this really going to be the momentous factor behind me dropping the 20+ lbs I intend to lose?  No. 

Let’s face it.  Supplements are BODYBUILDER CANDY.  No more, no less.  Do we like our candy?  Yes indeed.  It is shiny, sparkly, in well wrapped packages.  It tastes good, comes in many flavors, and gives us that most important element……….HOPE.

But when I lose this 20 lbs of spare bulk…which I will….it will be attributed to 3 things alone;
