Tight
I’m going to start doing cardio with my husband 3 X weekly. This way I feel like I am sowing seeds to at least one person in my family while I am doing something for me. Did 20 minutes weight vest stairmill today. Now that’s some real cardio. I like to think of it as cardio+weight training at once. Right now just have about 35 lbs in the vest. Add on the extra 15 lbs body fat I’m carrying and we have a square 50. Not so sure about this fat muscle girl look anymore. I’m about three solid steps from fat girl period. Bought a fat burner. It was kind of an intuitive moment. Bought San ‘Tight’. No jitters, no real energy, but my body heats up like I’m breaking a fever…and the sweat rolls off my body whether I’m working out, or just sitting in my chair. This must count for something! Of course anytime you speed your metabolism, you are also speeding your aging process. Nothing slows down the aging process like calorie deprivation, or so I hear. Guess this means I will be aging rather quickly. Deprivation is not the name of my game.
