Feed The Need Or Need To Feed?
We are going to skip right on over my family’s unmet needs……(WOOOOOOOOOOSH!)…….and get to the workout. Today I worked my friggin chest. Why? Because quite honestly, today I just didn’t care if I messed those birdies up. (Implants that is.) I missed my bench pressing! Yes indeed I did. Nothing makes me feel stronger, meaner, more ferocious, than some good ol fashioned bench pressing! So what if it was all on incline?!! IT FELT GOOOOOOOD. Also some DB incline pressing was in order. Liked this as well. A couple small doses of jogging, a little ellipticaling. Life was jolly and pleasant for Miss Maddi. Went back after work for another 12 minute jog…bordering on run. Had a nice stride going…..but not enough to make me stay for more than 12 minutes. lol Yessum, I had unmet family neeeeeeeeeeds to come home to. And this is what they sounded like……….NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEDS. If your dear Miss Maddi ruled the world, this is what I would change about it. ALL PEOPLE….EVERYBODY……standing on their own 2 feet…..responsible INDIVIDUALLY………for their own direct happiness. That’s it. FINALE. Probably shouldn’t be eating baby carrots with hummus and a can of cashews for supper. Probably especially not since I reached down and felt an actual bonified FAT ROLL today. Yes sir, a diet is in my near future. I can feel that day a coming.
