Be Still My Heart
So this is the sort of workout I have on adrenal fatigue. I will let you just imagine what I do when I’m actually feeling well.
15 minute cardio warm-up, Smith Squat 60/13, 80/8, 100/12, 110/12, Leg Press 120/14, 120/15, 170/13, Bench Jump-Overs BW/10, BW/10, BW/10, 1 Legged Deadlift 40/14, Plie Squat 90/10, 95/12, 100/9, 100/9, Cable Kickbacks 90/9, 100/8, 100/8, 110/11, 120/8. Twenty sets total.
Came home and took my youngest on promised walk inside the woods. Shooting bebe guns, eating peanut butter and almond sandwiches on the big rock beside the creek.
One of these days I am going to have to take a picture.
