Quite a miserly workout tonight! I am talking 4 minutes on the treadmill, 50 rep biceps, 5 minutes stairmill, 50 rep biceps, 5 songs to Godsmack punching the hell out of somebody.

Maybe it was that bitch from the club. The one who came up to me when I was dressed all conservative to let my hot, yet insecure, friend’s light shine.
“Is there a prom tonight??” she asked, eyes wide in mock surprise. (Inferring that I was overdressed.)
“Excuse me?” I said.
“Is there a prom tonight?” she repeated coyly. (Friends watching from behind.)
“I’m 38…. I’d say I’m a little old for prom….wouldn’t you?”
“Well! she said haughtily, pissed that I was not taking the bait. Mad that she was unable to get my goat…. “You look hot.” (Toss of her head.)
“Thank you.” I said calmly, not dropping my gaze.
Then she walked off.

Oh Maddi, you are so funny and so right about insecure girls! I just have to laugh at them though. They make SUCH an effort to be pissy. My boss’s g/f (at the Inn where I work) is very jealous of me. One night a customer was mad at me b/c he didn’t like the table I seated him at and wanted to sit in another dining room. So I summoned the hostess of the other dining room and she seated the customer and he was happy. I told her what had happened and she said, "Welll there’s got to be SOMEBODY that doesn’t like you!" What a kicker! Too funny! Punch away!
