BB Curl: 45/6, 50/10, 50/12, 50/10, 50/8, 50/6, 60/8
Incline Curl: 20/10, 20/9
Seated DB Curl: 15/15, 20/8
DB Preacher Curl: 15/8, 15/8
2 Arm Cable Curl: 80/7
1 Arm Cable Curl: 50/10, 50/8, 60/6, drop set 50-40-40/12
EZ Curl: 50/10, 50/15, 50/20
TOTAL SETS: 22
