Tuesday, September 30th, 2008Well it’s time to Kick up the intensity again! Started a new program yesterday (9/29). Now that my chaotic & stressful summer has slowed down I can zero in again. Going to help a buddy with his training too. He needs a push so I’m using it as my push too. Get that 10 lbs put on me I have been talking about. Going to go heavy & hardcore again!
He is wanting to trim down so I’m helping him get his diet & ratios down. He just thinks "stop eating" & do the Atkins thing. He drops the weight but is soft & cant figure out why? I’m working out a basic HIIT program for him. Going to be an effort to get him to train hard like he needs to but I like the idea of training someone. Kinda a personal test for me since I always wanted to get licensed at a p.t. Wish me luck!!
