On a Downer
On a bit of a downer tonight; everything was going great or so I thought. Weight is tumbling off and waist is getting smaller to prove it. Cardio is going well as are the weights but just did my stats and apart from my waist and a tiny bit on my chest everything seems to be getting smaller (no not that!). Starting some new supplements tomorrow (Glutamine, Xtend and Genr8 Vitargo S2), hopefully these will help, going to up the protein intake as well.
