Time to get motivated again…
Been working some killer hours, roughly 13-14 hours a night and my time off is rest time. AKA knocked the hell out time. This has been going on for about a month and keeping me out of the gym. Granted, we do have PT at work but that’s mainly running.
I just got up and looked in the mirror and saw a fricken lean little twig staring back at me… time to rework my schedule! It might get me a little tired at first but I know the extra energy i’ll get later will be worth it. Working 3 on, 3 off, 2 on, 2 off schedules will make my work out times kinda irratic but better than just sleeping my time away!
