Went to the Doctor today bout my knee thats really bothering me… apparently its quite possible that i partially tore sumtin in it, he said rest it till tuesday; if it doesnt hurt, try squats on wed…. if it hurts at all on tues or during squats, i should go back n get a MRI on it…. whatever, looks like im not workin out legs today so it looks like im doin chest, tris, and shoulders again. This isnt gona be too fun restin my knee.

Had a good workout today, nothin amazing… just a decent pump. Didnt have enough time to really hit my biceps but im glad i hit the deadlifts briefly cuz i really wana improve on that. I think my lats sucked today compared to my other workouts… im probably going to hit up GNC on my way home from the dr tomorrow (messed up my leg) so im gona get some NO explode or sumtin that can boost my workouts.

I cant sleep, im bored… I wish the 24 hr fitness was built already around here cuz id be there… i love thinking about my goals, my plans, and what i plan to do this year; especially in the weight room, but it drives me insane that i cant to it right now…. ugh i got work at 6am so i should prolly get some sleep.

Well the first day of the new year hasn’t been how I would have liked it to be… The YMCA that i go to is closed on new years, and the closest gym to me charges like $13 for a one day pass. **** THAT soooo today ive just been restin’ up, doin some situps; stayin up on my protein intake, and watchin college football on TV.
Hopefully tomorrow will be more productive…

Well right now I’m gona focus on bettering myself mentally as well as physically, that way i can acheieve my new years resolution of weighing 220lbs. Im 6′5′’ so its not too big, and i think it would be good for my appearance.
