High Frequency Training
Wednesday, January 14th, 2009I have gotten some tremendous results training on a high frequency protocol. Of course, you want to listen to your body. Find exercises that do not harm your joints and be progressive with them. Train as often as you can and still progress. I have all my routines listed on my site.
