Gosh that is a bad word. Wouldn’t it be nice if we could all get crazy lean and muscular without being extremely attentive to our diet. I told a young bodybuilder the other day that if I didn’t have to worry about dieting I would have 100 shows under my belt. But that is not the case.
Often clients want a strategy. To me the best approach to start with is good old fashioned journaling. Writing everything that goes into your mouth down in a notebook.
