Routine 2 One of the best routines of my career.  If you want to gain muscle and lose fat. 
Let me know what you think of the videos.  I know a lot of reps.  But when you have had some injuries you gotta be smart.  I promise you can gain muscle with higher reps.

Happy Thanksgiving

I hope everyone had a wonderful Tday.  Thanksgiving is always my favorite holiday.  I got up early this morning and hit a great workout.  I am by far the strongest I have ever been upper body wise.  This program is producing some great results. Ill talk to you all tomorrow.

Diet,Diet, Diet

Gosh that is a bad word.  Wouldn’t it be nice if we could all get crazy lean and muscular without being extremely attentive to our diet.  I told a young bodybuilder the other day that if I didn’t have to worry about dieting I would have 100 shows under my belt.  But that is not the case.

Often clients want a strategy.  To me the best approach to start with is good old fashioned journaling.  Writing everything that goes into your mouth down in a notebook.

Training Program

This training program is producing some outstanding results.  Every single client I have is gaining lean muscle mass and losing bodyfat.  I have had several lose an inch or 2 in their waist measurement while getting stronger.  This is certainly evidence they are gaining muscle tissue and losing bodyfat.  Hard to argue with those results.  All of the workouts are about 45 minutes 3 days per week.  The workouts are very tough.
