Back and Biceps
Got up a touch late this morning but nevertheless had a tremendous workout. My performance this morning was my best to date. I improved number of reps in 3 of the 6 zones. Like I have stated before I know I have put on a at least 2-3 pounds of lean body mass. I think I have one more week of training before taking a week off. During the week off Ill probably do some light cardio. Remember to check out my You Tube video posted below.
