Bittersweet Week
Whew what a week. My mom passed away last fri and my son Isaac was born Monday. My mom had fought a long illness.
I worked out on Sunday and will resume workouts tomorrow morning. Hopefully my wife and Isaac will get home today. I look forward to getting everyone home and back to our routine.
