New Ad in Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness

I love helping others achieve their goals. Hopefully I can find a way to attach the ad on here. The document is pretty large and its a pdf file so I am not sure if I can downsize it.
Do you guys know how to make a pdf file smaller to post?
