good look every one

Hello every one.  Just wanted to thank all for the support and encouragement that I received.  It was kinda shocking to know that people I didn’t even know, wanted me to do well …just goes to show you the human spirit is good indeed, but sadly I have officially dropped out of the contest.  I’m no quitter by any means, and I hope no one else doses this but personally I had to.  My job is one that requires a lot of time; it’s draining on my mind and body. Lost a lot of weight but not in the way I should’ve, I wasn’t eating like I should have been, I wasn’t taking my protein like I should have been, so I feel that this is for the best right now. Thank you muscle tech and BB.com for the opportunity.  I look forward to the next contest so I can do this thing right ^_^ ,

After going through the  Body Transformation I had a new lease on life.  I have received many compliments on my new body and I guess that gave me a sence of pride.  I have gotten myself into a can do regiment.  I will be launching a new business in a few weeks and  I am taking control of my life!   Thank You MuscleTech!!!!

Taking part in this contest has been great!! i bought a camera, lifted a few dumbells, ate some  food, and slept, really fun stuff. But seriously its been life changing or twelve weeks i ate good foods 6-9 meals a day and trained 5 sometimes 6 days a week. Never missed a workout, and missed mabye 3 meals. Not only am i much bigger and stronger, i have been educated, not only on routines, diets, rest and supplements but on the sport.

I now know the names jay cutler, dexter jackson, ronnie coleman and bill grant. I have an new found appreciation for what they do and the sport in general.  I am in the best shape of my life, bigger than i have ever been which was my goal, thanks MT for this opportunity and if anybody worked harder, trained harder or was more dedicated than me they deserve to win.

Since it’s well past the June 16th cutoff, I am outta luck
Didn’t change a lot, dropped 10lbs and improved squat and shrug poundages, added 1/4" to arms, 1/2" to legs, and 1" to chest.
Still no abs yet, but had fun trying
I LET traveling get in the way of giving it my best, for that I am angry at myself.

Great job everybody, Good Luck

This contest has been a great experience. It allowed me to take my fitness goal to another level. I have more confidence and believe that I am equipped to prepare for an amatuer figure contest. Now I know from personal experience that women can possess a muscular frame, maintain their feminity and enhance their sexiness.  :)

I entered the MuscleTech Transformation contest on a whim. I was unfamiliar with the products, but willing to give them a try. At the time I submitted my entry form, I had already achieved my weight loss goal of 147 lbs., but the contest pushed me to pursue a more chiseled physique.

Hydroxycut delivered as promised and I was able to lower my body fat from 17.5% to 10.9%; I loss an additional 8#’s and 4”. I have successfully reduced fat and increased lean muscle in the quadriceps and abdominal regions. The Creatine 6000 helped me feel more powerful during workouts and enabled me to endure more rigorous weight training.

These past few months have been both personally and physically challenging; my mother had a stroke in April so the MuscleTech campaign impacted my life by becoming a focal point that helped me combat stress. Therefore, physical injuries such as knee and heal strains only made me more determined.

While my physical transformation is noteworthy, the mental transformation is far more significant. As single parent I didn’t have much extra training time so I began the transformation contest with little expectation, but now I am confident that I can reach any desired fitness goal. My asthma, cholesterol, and high blood pressure are in control since I have adopted a healthier lifestyle. I’d like to thank MuscleTech and Bodyspace for this transformation opportunity. Thanks Bruno, Trevor, Curt and the bodybuilding.com community for the ongoing encouragement.

my essay

I entered this contest for a few reasons; my family, myself and to transform my body. With the help of Muscle Tech’s Hydroxycut Hardcore and Anabolic Halo I was able to transform my body and I am now in the best shape of my life. Just because the contest is over does not mean I am done with my transformation quest. But it is because of this contest that I will continue to better myself. Thanks to Muscle Tech and Bodybuilding.com I am now stronger than ever. I have seen my body change in the past, but never so fast. Hydroxycut Hardcore enabled me to melt away excess fat and with the help of Anabolic Halo I was able maintain my muscle and add plenty of new muscle.

These past few weeks have been great and the contest has made me feel really good about myself. Many people are taking notice to my new shape and my wife loves it. One thing that truly surprised me is my huge increase in strength. I am lifting way more than I did just weeks ago and I know that because of that I will only continue to grow. My family has been very supportive of me and they are the only reason the money is important to me, I want that all for them. All I want for myself is a better and stronger body, if I can get that than I truly am a winner. Thanks Bodybuilding.com and Muscle Tech.

ANiMaliZtIk’s Essay

Sunday, June 22nd, 2008

ANiMaliZtIk

My name is Brian and I’m currently active duty in the U.S. Air Force; I just recently returned from a tour in Eastern Afghanistan, my third tour in the region.  In Afghanistan, I was overworked and the food wasn’t great, as you can imagine.  Upon my very heart felt and return to my AWESOME girlfriend, Hollie Moore, we began to celebrate.  It was complete bliss.  For a few months we had good food, good drinks, and good laughs with total disregard to our health!  However, after a while I began to feel sluggish and noticed I had gained a few pounds, which I had expected.  Just about that time, I stumbled across the BodySpace and Muscle Tech transformation challenge.  The moment I saw the banner on the main bodybuilding.com page, my heart began to race and I smiled!  I knew that this is what I needed to motivate me and get me into shape.  I couldn’t fill out the entry form fast enough!  I emailed Hollie and explained that I had entered and she was just as excited as I was!  After I took my before pics, I sat down and thought about my plan of attack and studied my after pics.  Not much studying was needed, I was fat.  I knew I needed Hydroxycut and a whole lot of will power.  Time to go to work!  “Light Weight babbbyy!!”

The first few weeks were just getting back in the gym and getting accustomed to the burn again.  I was also cleaning up my diet and getting my schedule in order to be disciplined and like clockwork with my meals and training.  It was a very exciting time.  Right away I began to see changes.  I took pics every week, but I could see changes from one DAY to the next, sometimes.  The entire time, I was reading and studying articles on bodybuilding.com.  The most helpful article I came across was written by the great Layne Norton, you can find it here: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/layne36.htm  Well, after I was in a rhythm I could really start to see changes in my body!  I had tons of energy and felt great.  People began to make comments like “Are you slimming up?” and “Have you lost weight?”

before and after-newspaper3.jpg

Around week 5 of my 12 week transformation, I was like a robot with my eating and training.  As soon as the clock read “1200”, I was popping open a tupperware container and wolfing down meal number 3 of exactly 20 grams of protein and 20 grams of complex carbs and veggies.  I actually ate 10 times a day most days and the fat just kept melting off.  Every 2 hours, no matter WHAT, I would eat!  You get strange looks when you whip out a packet of “tuna creations” and a fork from your back pocket half way through a summer blockbuster film in a movie theatre.  I didn’t care about the looks, only my goals.  I could not wait to get into the gym the next day.  Even cardio was fun!

I would just like to thank my girlfriend, Hollie Moore, for her support and help.  She really is an inspiration to me and I don’t know what I would do without her.  I would also like to thank Bodyspace and Muscle Tech for this amazing opportunity.  It has been a wild ride and without the journey, there is no destination, in this lifestyle.  Good luck to all of you and don’t give up!  "Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up." ~Thomas Edison

Here for the Transformation

I am just now posting my before pics these were taken the day I signed up, which was the begining date of this contest aound the end of May, check newspaper in pic. These pics should still be allowed as it’s the sign up date that counts right? I need clarification if this isn’t correct. To my understanding you just had to sign up before the deadline which is what I’ve done. I’ve been preparing for this contest now since the end of May and am going to show a dramatic improvement. I have been using Leukic Hardcore, Aplodan, Cell Tech, and HydroxyCut Hardcore, however I only purchased Hydroxycut Hardcore from this site, which was one of the stipulations.

To The MuscleTech Team

Hi, I’m just curious about the judging? This is not just a weight loss competition…right? I mean MT has many supplements not just Hydroxy Cut. Will the judges be looking at muscle gain as well as weight loss? I mean some competitors have lost weight but could never be on an add for a fitness product. This is MuscleTech contest not Jenny Craig contest right? LOL

It seems to me that fat to not fat but still no muscle is a good transformation for Jenny Craig, but Fat to cut up with sweet muscle mass and ripped look would be the biggest type of transformation.

It is hard to lose fat, but harder lose fat and get ripped and gain muscle? Right? What do you guys think? I actually think the hardest part is the last Bit of fat loss to get the ripped look. I am curious what the everyone thinks. This is BodyBiulding.com……..Not SLIM FAST.com or Jenny Craig .com

This is MuscleTech…..the Most furious and advanced products ever available! Muscle is the key WORD…..Right?

Don’t get me wrong, I am wayyyyyyyy happy for all the contestants who have lost weight! I only wish the best for everyone! But lets be real…this is a contest. I want to WIN!

What do you think MUSCLETECH REPS???????????

I know I’m being stupid, but would love to know what everyone thinks.

First I would like to thank God, and I would also like to thank muscle tech for this opportunity. I feel that I am stronger, bigger, and more confident about myself. Most of all I feel like I am healthier then I have been in a very long time.

I set out to prove with this competition that I could make myself stronger and to compete to the best of my ability. I feel like I have improved so far with muscletech’s help. I will keep working on my body and health until I get to the point that I want to be at. One day I would really enjoy being big enough to go to national competitions, and for now that is my goal!

With God and prayers and the help of muscletech I feel like I can go very far…. Thanks again to muscletech for the wonderful opportunity! ~ God bless!

Tuesday, June 17th, 2008

Jessica1101

Here are my before pictures for the body transformation contest. I hate how my body looks in these pictures, but I am excited to push myself for the next 4 weeks to make myself look and feel better. I have been dieting and working out since the end of January and I have lost about 30 pounds so far. I want to lose another 30 pounds and tone up everywhere. I am excited to see how much my body can change in the next 4 weeks. Good luck to everyone in the competition!
