I officially began the contest yesterday but had some issues with my camera.  I’m really excited to see what will happen over the next 6 weeks.  If anything this gives me a good amount of motivation and a new goal to set.  Good luck to everyone!

Many competitors for one grand prize.    I am starting late, due to me having ongoing flu.  I didn’t go to the gym often.  My diet was horrrible.  Sort of a ‘normal’ person’s diet.  Eat what you can, when you can.  2 -3 meals a day.   These photos show me round and out - of - shape.   July 14..   My efforts will be revealed..  along with everyone else’s.   My diet is going well.  5 meals. Cardio in morning and evening.  Paying attention to all the ‘little things’..  see where I land the end of June.

well were to start. i am outta shape, well i am in shape but a round one. i looked in the mirror the other day and was finnally tired at what i saw. then i found that muscle tech was having this contest. i look at it as a motivator to change my apperance(short term goal). i am just feed up with the way i look physically. lower back gives me problems atleast 2 times a month. being so tall hides the fact that i am outta shape until i try to wear a tank top or get sun at the beach. i look at this as not a challenge but a  job and  by doing my job an do it well i get paid when the job is complete.

Kyle’s goal

I wanted to change how I looked and felt any ways, but when my weight training teacher told me this year that I was the strongest weak looking person he knew. That phrase made me so mad and I told myself I was going to change my whole appearance and I would make him look up to me. I found this contest a little late but I am trying to get in great shape any ways. I think working from behind will force me to try harder then if I was to have started earlier. I’m not going to stop working out whether I win or lose but I don’t plan on loosing.

I want to play baseball in college but they say I have to get bigger so this is also my motivation. My goal is to gain around 40 pounds of pure muscle putting me around 176 lbs. I don’t think I’ll gain that much in the time left but I can do as much as possible. With this accomplishment no one will be able to call me small or weak again.

Mr.Tuffbody before photos

I just found out about this contest last weekend. I have been training hard for the past eight months so six weeks left in the contest should be plenty for me. Being the bodyspace newbie that I am though, it took me nearly a week to post my before pics. That includes three days of learning the technical skills required and about two days of getting over my aversion of posting pictures of myself in nothing but my underwear on the Internet.

Anyway, I feel honored to be a part of this contest. I have read many of your posts and I am amazed at the diversity of everyone involved. So many of you with inspiring stories that I would otherwise never meet. I am grateful for this opportunity and may we all be enriched as we take this journey together.

I wish I would have saw this competition when it started. I am late to the competition but I am still going to try. Whats the worst that can happen, I dont win. Ill still be in better shape than I was. I am 25 years old and I decided tht I needed to lead a healther lifestyle. I am 5′10" and currently 170 lbs.

OK Here we go! Time to ditch the flab.

Just turned 32 years old and as you can see I need to do something about this body.  I thought that this contest would give me the motivation to get the body I have always wanted and in turn banish the demons of the family health history.  However after looking at my pics, I realize that the pics themselves will be quite a lot of motivation.  I am currently at 15% body fat and my major goal is to lose as much body fat as possible while maintaining muscle mass.

Two weeks ago I broke the 9th rib on my right side while sparring so I begin this contest with a bit of a handicap.  No matter though.  I should be back to close to 100% by the middle of June which will give me a solid month to get after it.  In the mean time I will be doing lots of stretching, lots of walking and a little bit of work with the exercise bands.  I just got my MuscleTech Hydroxycut Hardcore and will be going on a very strict diet for the next two weeks.

Its has been years since I truly felt good about my physical appearance, I mean new clothes or a new car always make you fell nice but that’s only short term. Cars get old and clothes fade. I want something real, something to be proud of every second. I have worked out for about 6 months now; dropping from 247lbs to 224lbs. pretty significant really but now I am at a stand still. Its time to enter the MuscleTech contest, use their awesome supplements and see what I can really accomplish!

I actually started on the 21 but was not able to post till today. Ever since I entered the competition I have become a different person. I am focused and in the Gym I am a 100 times more intense. There is not stopping mow. I am doing an hour of cardio every day and hitting the Gym like there is no tomorrow.
