Participating in the recent MuscleTech Body Transformation Contest, really helped me to keep close track of my training, nutrition, & suppliments. This overall experience has & is helping me improve in my BodyBuilding. Also, I wanted to say, the American Flag that you see in the background in my pics, is to remember, & in Honor of my late Dad, whom passed away last year on April 15, 2007. I miss my Dad, & wish he was here to see.
