With the MuscleTech $50,000 Transformation Contest in full swing, and the finish line only months away, this is proving to be the biggest and most successful online competition EVER!
With 658 active competitors already training hard and getting in better shape with each passing day, this contest is destined for the history books! It only gets tougher as the competition mounts and the weeks roll by, but with all the support and encouragement of your fellow transformers, this will surely be one of the most rewarding endeavors you’ve ever set out to accomplish.
Committing yourself to a life-altering transformation of this magnitude is never easy, but, win or lose, there is no greater reward than seeing the result of all your hard work - a bigger, stronger and leaner you! Good luck to all competitors!

Hello Muscletech and Bodyspace.com,
I have been working out and trying to eat right for about four years now. I have bought numerous muscle magazines looking for information that would provided easy answers to the many questions I have had over these years. Answers to questions about, how to lose fat, gain muscle, gain strength, and what to eat, and when to eat it. The truth is, the answer is in each and every one of us. How much we are supposed to eat, how we are supposed to lift, how much cardio we need to do, ultimately, is decided by us, because we are all different. There are many guidelines that all of these magazines try to set, but that is just what they are. They are all guide lines.
It was not until I bought the Muscletech shredded stack that I was able to connect all of the guidelines. The Muscletech shredded stack is different from all of the other guidelines, it is more like “The Way”. Even though I have been working out and dieting with the guidelines of magazines for four years, in just four weeks with Muscletech shredded stack, I have lost more weight, gained more muscle and strength, and most importantly, I feel and look good. This competition has definitely changed my outlook on life. With Muscletech supplements and BodyBuilding.com information, being healthy is not even a challenge!
Here are my after photos:

I’ve always wanted to have that muscular body type. Its been hard though, living on my own since I was 17, working two - three jobs at a time, money became a big issue, and I could not afford the lifestyle that comes with bodybuilding. With eating more than the average individual, that digs deep into your pockets, and mine definitely were shallow.
However, now that I’ve just been accepted into Cal State Long Beach University, my own personal discipline and determination has risen to a level I had no idea I had in me. I am almost finished with my first semester and I have to say it is different from your typical community college. With more prestige, and especially with the higher level of education, I knew I had to step up to the plate. With working three jobs, going to school full time, and trying to find the time to workout, I knew I had to organize my time very precisely. I’ve made an entirely new lifestyle for myself one that I am very proud of. My goal is to gain a good 20lbs of muscle from now to the end date of this contest.

I noticed the contest whil searching supplements and though it would be a great motivation. It’s hard for me to get motivated sometimes because I have exercise indused asthma and when I lift after not exercising in a long time, my chest, lungs, and throat hurt. I am doing a little better now and love the motivation I’ve had lately. It’s about time I lose the flab and get back in to shape.
I posted a blog but forgot a step so my pics did not show. Here are my before pics.

I came across the contest here on Bodybuilding.com and felt it would be fun to enter and see what I can transform in the time allowed. I just recently met my previous goal of regaining 15 pounds of muscle since my losing it while being in China for the past months. Now, with the help of this contest, I am going to try and cut my bodyfat percentage down some. I’m ready to go!

I’ve been waiting for something like this to REALLY kick myself into gear… since it’s easy for most of us to fall off the wagon and lose motivation, I figure there’s nothing like some good old fashion competition to do the trick. I have a 19 month old baby, work full time and I am planning my wedding for this August; Some people may call that busy, I just call it my life! Unless I wake up at the crack of dawn, I will NOT find time later in the day to work out… and this competition is what will keep me on track- don’t we all need that kick in the a** sometimes? I wish everyone the best of luck because after all, we’re all doing this ultimatley for ourselves.
Let the transformation begin!

Well I have gone exactly one month using my MuscleTech product, and I wanted to wrap it up to show exactly how much I could transform in this short amount of time. I really hope I set the bar high for all you other transformers to change your physiques! I know I’m not in exactly the same position in some of my "after" photes as "before," but I did my best and I think they are pretty good. My essay will be coming soon. Good luck everyone!

A few months ago I started lifting weights to get into shape. But recently I have decided to start bodybuilding, and this seems to be a great way to try and see what I can do. And for some reason I am having trouble loading pictures, so I will try again tomorrow(I already tried for like two days and I keep getting errors)
