PRETTY SORE TODAY
Thursday, July 24th, 2008Well, I had a great workout last night. I did 40 minutes of cardio followed by quads and tris. I did squats, sled and extensions for the quads. I did reverse grip push downs, regular grip pushdowns and "v" grip pushdowns for tris. I did these as giant sets so the sweat was pouring off me! I think my legs will get back at me today when I go for my 6 mile run. OUCH.
