So I started my diet Feb 2. I have dropped 7lbs overall and now I am back up 2lbs. What gives? I am doing my cardio. I am following my diet.(that's how I lost the first bit of weight) Now I have hit a wall. I guess I will start focusing on my inches more. I am still eating to build, but a positive thing is that my waist is starting to come down. I guess since I am new to this game, this year will be a trial and error year for trying to learn what my body does and needs going into a competition. My other measurements are still going up, soooo I guess that is very good. I think I am just to excited to see the end result!
Oh well Cancun in 9 days to reset the system. Yahoo!!!
