It's hard for me to decipher all those numbers at once without my eyes bleeding, LOL, but if I'm reading it correctly, you're going to be consuming approximately 5000 Calories a day (give or take) and over 450 grams of protein a day as well? And you only weigh 83 kg's at the moment?

My downfall is the sleep, and its the key to success, working on it ;)
