Some of you may be aware today I had another operation in the process of reconstructing my Jaw in relation to getting a tumour in Jan 2005, only months before my wedding. A good 5 yrs await the full reconstruction though till then, there is no quitting and just more drive to be something I always wanted to be and to help other as much as possible on my journey ahead.

 My Past set aside, having come out of surgery today  I was straight into the lean grilled fish fillets, with plenty of water and food preperation by my wife.

The next main meal consisted of a liquid meal - being ASN - Incredible Bulk 2 scoops with, 1 cup oats, 1 cup light milk, 2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil and 1 cup of almonds and 1 cup of water. This will get me fixed up good and proper, to follow I have a nice casserole full of soft beef and vegies, maintenance time. Gotta keep that iron up and body in perfect health.

 Plenty of rest and recovery ahead, though this can only mean 150% progress upon return with more determination and commitment than ever. Never hold back, give it everything, and you will succeed.
