My journey won’t stop now!
I just like to share my story to get any feedback or comments to help me get better everyday.
I always looked to the sports magazines and though that all those guys with perfect
Bodies were product of good genetic or Photoshop.
In January this year I was 220 lbs when I decided to change my lifestyle, I was living my life without any motivation to keep my body in shape, until I someone ask me if I was ten years older that what I was, also most of the people that greets you before they say hi, or hello they will say…” hey men you look fat”.
I realized that I was looking older because of the lifestyle that I was having I was just eating and drinking and left myself go because I just didn’t care anymore, I use to go to gym for a few weeks, then see no results get frustrated and never come back.
I decided to change my lifestyle because I always say that “You can get everything in life, but you need to work hard to get it”.
On January 8th I started training with a PT who became my friend by the way, I started dieting and making changes to everything in my life; nutrition,drinks,rest times…etc.
When I start I weighted 220 lbs and 26%bf. I assume everything very seriously since the beginning by the first month I lost 10 pounds and 7%bf.
I went to the gym from Monday to Sunday (seven days a week).My week was divided in three days weighs and four days cardio.
As the days passed by the feeling that I had was better and better, it’s amazing the changes that we can make to our body if we connect mind, body and soul.
By the end of March I weighted 165 lbs and 6%bf.i just couldn’t believe it!!!…I end up with the body I always dream up and I couldn’t feel more proud of myself, but here comes the trick ……Can I keep it like this for ever?…..Well here is the good part since that day I always try to make time to make my routine my friends make fun of me because they say that even if we go out on vacations I’m always looking for something to hang from to make chin-ups.
After I finished the three months program I founded myself way too skinny because I’m 6’0 and 165 lbs I felt that I need it to get more muscle in order to look better,
Currently I weight 185 lbs and 10%bf .my main goal it’s to get to 195 lbs and 8%bf with shredded abs. so until I get there I will not stop and once I get there I won’t stop either because I will keep improving my body .
