So it all started with football. I was playing outside linebacker/defensive end. From my freshman year all the way to my senior year I ended up dislocated my shoulder at least once. (I’ve dislocated my right shoulder 4x and my left 3x) During my senior season when I had gotten injured again the doc had told me that I couldn’t play anymore and that I needed surgery.
I ended up with two torn ligaments in my shoulder and a torn labrum. All the ligaments/tendons were also VERY stretched out. I had a labral tear from 3 to 9 o’clock. My doc had said that it was the worst labral tear he has operated on yet. (And he has done thousands of surgeries) :0

Anyways, I got my surgery on September 10 and since then my health has gone to shit. Prior to my operation my diet was on check, training was going great, making some good gains as well. Now I’ve been eating fast food, not training, and it just hasn’t been good. Before my surgery I was about 205 lbs at about 12-15% bf. Since then I’ve lost a considerable amount of weight and packed on some serious fat.

Here are my post-op specs:

Left bicep: 14 1/4"

Right bicep: 13 1/2"

Waist: 37"

Chest: 41 3/4" (Taken right below armpits)

Thighs: 24" (Taken half-way on thigh)

Calves: 16"

Left Forearm: 11 1/2"

Right Forearm: 10 3/4"
I was given the OK by doc to start using the treadmill, bike, etc. I’m going to get my diet in check and we will see how my progress gets going. As of now I can’t do any weight lifting just the physical therapy im going through. I should be able to start lifting early in January.

Wish me luck!
