					<description>Haha I like this post, because this shit drives me nuts! You see guys who go to the gym not for self improvement, but to try to show off. The thing I see the most is the terrible form on the bicep workouts. Whether it be a standing barbell or seated dumbell, so many people put their whole damn body into it. And then they walk around with their arms pressed out like they're a badass. It is terrible.</description>

My favorite exercises are the full body curl and the body swing pull up!</description>
