Back at it!
Tuesday, October 23rd, 2007I just recovered from an injury! It is still a little irritated but i couldnt bare not working out any longer! My tendon in my palm was inflamed badly.. The doc told me about 3 months ago that it was due to heavy weight pressure. I took the last 3 months off from weight training but now its time to get back to work in the gym! Any suggestions that may help me so it doesnt get all inflamed and painful again?
