I just have a hard time carb cutting, Its like a drug to me, I get all nervous and gittery and then it all just goes to shit. So Ive decided to get help from a friend, Steve Poynter and his Team Poynter. I just hope, I can stick w/ the diet thing. Any and all advice for sticking to a diet is greatly appreciated.

I believe every great fighter or athlete be them bodybuilder, football, basketball, baseball, or what ever sport they do has to have inspiration to get that drive, that will to win and be the best. Now me, my inspiration is my daughter, I haven’t been the best dad I could, but I do want the best for her. She’s my inspiration to be the best I can be. To get up every morning and train like I’m earning the essential air that I breathe. She only 6 yrs old and she told me that she wanted to learn karate and win trophies like I did. To me, that meant more than anything on this earth. Now I have to do my part, I have to bring it! I have to let the beast out.

Today I was in BI-LO, and I picked up the latest edition of Muscular Development,(my favorite bodybuilding mag) and as I made it up to the check out the cashier( a 6 foot tall female walking pile of lard) picks up the magazine that features Branch Warren on the cover and says," Do you want to look like that? " and I told her I want to be physically fit and fight for the UFC. She say that look that they bodybuilders and fighters have is so disgusting. And boy was it on then. If she hadn’t been a shemale I probably would have kick the bitch in the head. I mean here she is probably weighing more than Branch Warren and his wife combined, and she going to down him for achieving the body and working his ass off to get where he is today. Now that my friends pisses me off! So I say to all ppl who think we are ugly and disgusting and I quote, " KISS MY ASS!!!! "

Well in September my grandmother passed away and in October my wifes father passed away suddenly and they had to move so My life as a whole was flipped upside down on me, But I have to say them having to move is probably the best for me right now I have to concentrate on training w/ no distractions so I can do the best I possible can when I fight. And with my new friends @ team poynter everything is lookin up. MMA fighting could be legalized in SC this yr so thats a big step in the right direction. I want to make a career out of fighting as the ring is my home, I feel at peace in the ring.

Ok, Ive took my down time to honor my late grandmother, may she rest in peace. Now its back to good old fashioned beat the iron training. Im setting a new goal, I have from this day until January when the Martial Science karate tournament takes place to get my groove back and see if I still have the heart of a true champion. Its alwayz been said its one thing to win a championship but to keep a championship and perform when the odds are against you now in my mind thats a true champion.

Well Its been very hective around my house the past week. Im taking a few dayz in respect to my late grandmother, who just past away this Friday from a long illness. She was the last one living and man did she have heart. One by one her main organs have been shutting down over the past yr. Finally her body couldn’t fight any more. At the age of 84 she lived a long life. She had been sick for 6 yrs. When I was a small child her and my grandfather would love to go and watch wrestling they would really get into it. When I was 16 and was traveling and fighting my mom would video tape my fights and let her watch, she really enjoyed that.

Well at least I started this month off great with one heck of a arm workout. Now to find someone I can train w/ here @ my house so I can goto failure on a lot of my exercises. Since my arms are my weaker area as far as size and definition I’ll probably focus on them more this month.
