Bad Workout?
Ok, so I went to work out today. Friday is back day this time around. So, I go thru my warmup after I finish my preWO routine which is just creatine normally taken 30 mins before I begin. I begin my workout which consists of pull ups, rows, deadlifts, and shrugs this week. I get thru a set of each and by the time I go to rest I am so nauseous I feel I'm about to throw up and had to stop my workout. What is the weird part is that the last few Back workouts, I felt this way. nauseous but not this bad, normally I just push thru it, even tho I usually dont feel well after each time.
I can go crazy any other day and body part, and workout like a beast and never feel sick at all. Its only back days that I feel sick and dont want to grind thru it and today I couldnt even force myself to. Anyone know what the hell is wrong with me or am I just crazy and its all mental?
