You don’t know how many times I step into a gym and look at people exercising and go "What the hell are they trying to work out?" Even the more experienced ones have bad form! You have to realize how important form is when you exercise! I have people complaining about never seeing results when i watch them and the their swinging the dumbell all over the place! Put the weight down before you hurt yourself or someone else! You need to take the time to really concentrate on what your doing! Sorry big guy, but you need to put down the 70lbs dumbells go for a lighter weight so you can focus more on the slow controlled! This goes for anyone and everyone!

I will be undergoing reconstructive surgery on October 19th! I first thought about low-carbing it until then but decided not to! I’m just gonna stick with a healthy diet and try to lose weight the "healthier way!" It’s not plastic surgery, just the removal of excess skin due to my dramatic weight loss! Despite what people might believe there is no way it will conform back to my body. I stretched it beyond its limits! I am a firmly against those weight loss surgeries! If you want to lose weight get off your fat ass! On another note, my story is published in the new issue of Muscle and Fitness! I hope that anyone who reads this that they go check it out! I’m gonna be out of resistance training for at least a month! Which sucks! But all in due time!

I was just curious! I do a ton of cardio because I want to burn fat! I do a little over 1 hour in the morning on a nearly empty stomach! I take about 10 grams of whey protein and 3 caps of hydroxycut hxc! The protein so my body won’t reach catabolism while i’m doing cardio! Then i do 30 min after my resistance training. Am I overdoing it? I want to make sure I’m burning off the fat at an optimal level.
