week after

Hi everyone, thank you so much for your well wishes.  I am a week PO and feeling pretty good.  I will probably be back in the gym next week doing low impact cardio-maybe a little biking.  ANYTHING is better than sitting here on my couch, watching every movie I’ve ever purchased!!!  I know I am going to be a bit softer than I was before, but that is all the motivation I need to work harder to get back to where I was and surpass it!!  Thanks again.

Sorry to hear about your down time. I’ve had several orthopedic surgeries & what seems to help me spare mass is to get an enormous amount of quality protein & fat. I had moderate success with a probiotic vitamin/mineral, a couple grams of L-arginine, 30g or so of BCAAs and 20g or so of Flax/Fish oil. If you received some major whacks, you have to eat to heal. You can always diet away smoothness but muscle’s hard to come by! Best of luck

Hey you, just wanted to check in and make sure you’re groovy!!! To add what AIMove said…glutamine is supposed to help retain muscle…as well..

Hope you feel better, visualize your new body!!! the body follows the brain!!!

    clc.
