ive had 2 really off days, not eating extremely bad, but bad enough. TOTALLY off my schedule. Need some motivation to get back to where I was headed. Wish me luck…

Hey, you still look great! If you’ve hit a plateau, try changing it up a bit with some plyometrics. Eat something new that’s also really tasty and healthy. Maybe it’s time to go shop in the produce section. Have fun with it.
