getting stronger
Today I finally did incline bench with 35’s..yah!! I was having trouble going from 30 to 35, took my husbands advice, took a couple weeks off of incline with dbs and did bench press instead. It made me stronger, nice!
Now I am still trying to figure out this diet thing. I’m having reactions to different foods, and its killin me. I have to figure this out and I have to lose BODY FAT. Sorry, just have to vent every once and a while. Not feeling so hot today…..
