am workout
todays workout felt good, it was chest and tris. I increased my weight in both. I feel I am getting stronger, but I am stuck on incline db press–my hubby recommended doing incline chest press for the next couple weeks to see if I can get stronger that way. Looking forward to it.

Start your chest workout with incline press (bb or db) if you do not already and your weights will increase….
