Thursday, February 21st, 2008First day on here and I am very excited about reaching my fitness goals. First is to continue to build muscle and lose a little bf.
Food today:
7:15: Organic oatmeal w/scoop Dessert protein
9:00: 10 almonds, 1/2 c grapes
12:00: tuna pack in water
3:00: 3 oz grilled plain chicken
7:00: 4 oz lean pork, small salad with vinegar and mustard
2 liters water
Tonight I will have a Dessert protein shake w. water and 1/2 cup skim milk when I get back from the gym. I havent had time to add up any nutrients and today I was super busy at work…so I am gald as much as I did.
